Introduction This reflection paper is said to help me access my strengths as well areas for further growth. In order to accomplish such, I am to reflect on a strength I have demonstrated in an interaction, meeting, and program and so on with a client or employee followed by an interaction where I did not perform well or would have liked to have achieved a better outcome. Thus, this paper will be broken into two parts, one where I discuss the interaction that showcase a strength of mine and another where I reflect on an interaction where I wished I could have left with a different outcome. To allow for a more balanced and in-depth reflection, the two categories will be further broken down to address items such as, what social service work†¦show more content†¦The above not including my own hopes of returning home before ten thirty-eleven so to continue to progress through the remainder of my school assignments. It was just before eight thirty where sitting on the first of two more, possibly three buses a few stops from my home that I called Aptus asking that Jessica be informed to expect me within a half hour while I reflected if not more. However, it seemed a mere twenty minutes later, approximately fifteen to nine that I arrived. To my surprise not only had Jessica yet to be informed to expect a late arrival as reception had yet to see her, but upon arriving at Jessica’s office and waiting a further fifteen minutes during which time I was still a good twenty minutes from the end of our agreed upon meeting at nine fifteen she was nowhere to be found. Hence, where I was concerned of my being late this is how things had changed.
